Meet the Founder
I have had a passion for aesthetics and wellness, for more than a decade, now. I was certified in neurotoxins in 2016, which fuelled my love for the industry. I later went on to get my Nurse Practitioner degree, where I worked in primary care for almost 3 years, after graduating.
I was told year after year that I would be able to “do something on the side” … “next year”. Finally, they gave a firm “no”. The company I worked for told me I would be competing with one of their plastic surgery centers that would “occasionally” dabble in aesthetics. This clinic was over 2 hours away, round trip.
At this point I was determined, I told them I was either going to do it in my free time, or I was going to give my notice and start my own business…. And, well, here I am.
It has always been hard for people to take my big dreams, motivation and ambition seriously, but I am paving a way for those to take a second glance at me, and know that I WILL be doing BIG things. I love people and I love my job. Mostly, I love that I took a chance on myself, when no one else would.
Ella Fawcett CEO & Lead Injector
Ella is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She has been described as “feeling like home”. Ella is genuine and compassionate about aesthetics. Her goal is to enhance your natural beauty, and make you feel like the best version of yourself.
Ella has been in the nursing field for greater than 13 years. In 2016, she began her career in aesthetics, and has been passionate about this evolving field, since then. You will find that she submerges herself in education and trainings, to bring the latest and safest injecting techniques to you.

Morgan has a love for aesthetic medicine and is passionate about bringing her knowledge and skill set to POSH.
Morgan is passionate about learning, and is constantly training and evolving into the amazing injector she is.
Jennifer Kesterson, APRN
Jennifer Kesterson is a full practice nurse practitioner and is passionate about health and wellness. She aids in our Posh weight loss program and Biote idental hormones. Her passion is helping others feel their best. She is excited to be a part of your journey here at Posh.
Kaycie Britain, Aesthetic Assistant
Kaycie is the Aesthetic Assistant to Ella. You will find her in your aesthetic appointments, always lending a helping hand and making our patients feel relaxed and comfortable.
Abby Phillips, Office Manager
Abby is our Office Manager and the first face you will see when you enter POSH! Whether you’re coming into clinic or calling to book, Abby is more than ready to get you booked for your visit with us.
